Luis Delgado is the founder and president of The Critical Update Inc, an Austin-based IT and cybersecurity firm dedicated to safeguarding small and mid-sized businesses across Central Texas. With over 30 years of experience in technology and business strategy, Luis has built his career on a simple mission: to help business owners turn technology from a source of stress into a driver of growth and resilience.
